Kenai has stamped his boys with his rich red coloring. The lightest colored pup is a girl, and the other girl is the only one with white on her head.
Now before you wonder about the color of the neighbor's dog, let me assure you that the black mask on the one pup is not unusual in a Toller who will grow up to be very dark. Kenai was a dark pup, himself. And so we enjoy the colorful litter and it will be fun to see "Ricky Raccoon" (as Becky named him) change as he grows. He is beside his brother Russet, who I thought was dark when he was born!
